Q: Is there a guide for the Google Workspace Admin to help me set up Google Voice service?

A:  Please reference this Get started: Voice setup guide for admins.  There is a blue bar that says “Next: …” with an arrow that will help you navigate each step.

There is also a Google Voice Setup for Admins video if preferred.


Q: Are there instructions/training for my Google Voice users?

A: This 3-minute Get Started: Google Voice Web App video tutorial will show end users how to access call history, SMS messages, and voicemail as well as how to set up their voicemail, set working hours, call forwarding, etc…


They can also find instructions on blocking calls, transferring calls, and more on the Google Voice Help page.
