Q: Can our school or district trial Google Voice?

A: If you have not had a previous Google Voice trial in your domain, yes, we can set up a trial for you. Please reach out to support to set up a trial.


Q: Is Google Voice billed monthly or annually?

A: Google Voice is billed monthly.


Q: What does Google Voice pricing look like?

A: There are two components to Google Voice monthly charges - a license fee per user and a Google Voice Carrier fee per user. Please reach out to sales@kincaidit.com for more information.


Q: Are there additional fees per user with Google Voice?

A: There is a Google Voice Carrier fee per user each month. These fees vary by state and include Federal, State, and Local fees such as Universal Service Fund, regulatory assessment fees, 911 surcharges, etc… These fees will be quoted as $2.89/user/month as an estimate, but actual fees from Google will be passed through on customer invoice.


Q: Am I billed on the number of licenses I have assigned of the total number of licenses in my Google Admin console?

A: We will add the number of licenses on your signed quote to your Google Admin console. That is the number of licenses that will be available for you to assign to users. You will be billed based on the number of licenses you have assigned.


Q: How do I add more licenses for Google Voice?

A: Please reach out to support and let them know how many additional Google Voice licenses you need added to your Google Admin console
