Ticket Analytics

On the Ticket Dashboard, there is the Ticket Analytics which includes three different charts. These charts show different key information about all of the existing tickets, including ones that have been deleted.


  • Ticket Status: Shows breakdown of awaiting response, in progress, and closed.
    • Awaiting Response are tickets that are waiting for a comment.
    • In Progress are tickets that have a comment and the status is not closed.
    • Closed are tickets whose status is marked as Closed.
  • Response Time: Calculates the average amount of days it takes for a ticket to get the initial comment for each category.
  • Top Categories: Shows the number of tickets in each category.
