Managing Service Account
If you do not have a service account created, then you will not be able to access the Storage Report, Workflow, Ticketing, or Assets Module.
How to Create a Service Account
- Click Create Service Account.
- It will automatically open the Automatic section of the Add Service Account dialog. For it to create the service account for you just click Setup Service Account.
- To create a Service Account manually follow these instructions.
- Then Click Add Scopes To Domain Wide Delegation. This will direct you to Google Workspace.
- You might have to enter your password.
- After being directed to Google Workspace, Click Authorize.
- Go back to the Admin+ tab, and click Test. This will test if all the required scopes are there.
- If the test is successful then click Close.
- If the test fails, then click Continue. This will open up the API Controls to Google Workspace dialog again.
- Then click the Need additional help card and follow those instructions.
