Storage Numbers for a Data Migration

Kincaid IT may ask for storage numbers when quoting a data migration. Here is what we need and how to get the numbers.

• Gmail
• Drive
• Shared Drives

1. In the Google Workspace Admin Console, go to Storage on the left-hand navigation or click this link https://admin.google.com/ac/storage.
2. Note (1,2) or screenshot the Drive and Gmail storage numbers. You will send these numbers to us in a later step.

3. Using the image above as a reference, click the "i" symbol or click this link https://admin.google.com/ac/reporting/report/apps/accounts#accounts_apps_used_quota
4. Deselect (1,2,3) Gmail, Drive, Photos.

5. Using the image above as a reference, get the Shared Drive storage used, or 4.
6. Email the Drive, Gmail, and Shared Drive numbers to the person requesting or email serviceteam@kincaidit.com.
