Storage Settings

  1. Log in to Admin+ as a Super Admin.
  2. Click Settings in the left navigation menu. Then, select Settings under the Storage Report.
  3. You will see two main sections, Report Options and Automation, that will allow you to manage your storage report.
  • Report Options:
    • You can customize your storage report title using the far left textfield.
    • You can set a user's usage limit using the far right textfield. Then, only the users with a usage limit above the value will be displayed.
    • You can enable and disable the ability to permanently delete files.
    • You can enable and disable Google Cloud Storage. If you choose to enable Google Cloud Storage, then you need to type in the bucket where you want to store the information. You can only select a bucket that already exists.
      • Note: You will only be able to enable Google Cloud Storage if you have permission to that bucket in Google Cloud.
  • Automation:
    • You can select the days you want to re-run your storage report automatically.
    • You can add multiple users to receive a notification when the report is done re-running.
