Delegates Overview

Delegates have the ability to open a ticket on behalf of someone else. You can create delegates from a group or organizational unit.

To get started:

  1. Log in to Admin+ as a Super Admin.
  2. Select Settings on the left navigation menu.
  3. Find the Ticket under Customizations and choose the Delegates option.
  4. The heading information shows the categories for Name, Organizational Unit, and Group Email.
  5. To create, click on the New icon to the right of the heading information. This will open an Add Delegate window with the following requirements:
    • Name.
    • Organizational Unit.
    • Group Email.
